Capacity development is a central part of the FVA approach within its staff and working field. We realize the importance of building the capacity of all staff; this is done through the regular assessment of the staff’s training needs, and seeking new training sessions to help FVO better achieve its mission. Moreover, serving and implementing development projects necessitates the elevation of capacities of all beneficiaries to qualify them to sustainably develop themselves and their communities.

At FVO it’s important to be open to and apply good practices and fresh ideas from inside and outside.
