FVO has expanded further to follow the paradigm of sustainable development goals, which aims at economic development in an efficient and sustainable way through many tendencies that mainly comes with FVO main mandate that can be also reflected from the organization name (FVO) that refers to “Future Vision Organization”.
Stimulation: Conducting EDPs and other training programmes for them with a view to stimulating enterprising attitude among them.
Counseling: Providing counseling and consultancy services to the needy ones on how to prepare a project, feasibility report, purchase of productive inputs and machinery, and performing other procedural activities.
Assistance: Assisting them in marketing their products and securing finance from financial institutions.
And throughout FVO’s social cohesion program for IDPs, FVO has successfully contributed to provide technical support, and vocational training activities supporting IDPs in IDPs hosting sites and camps with temporary employment opportunities and providing platforms of support for community-led income-generating activities to ensure social cohesion between the targeted IDPs and surrounding hosting communities.
Ensure that all men and women, in particular the poor and the vulnerable, have equal rights to economic resources, as well as equal access to financial services including microfinance and cash programs, and affordable quality technical and vocational education including literacy and numeracy sills in addition to supporting productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises.
